How to recycle panettone and pandoro

A cup of chocolate and a tiramisu out of the lines could bring joy to the table as excellent desserts. Even better if these treats could be prepared at low cost, giving way to recycle leftover panettone and pandoro from the holidays just passed. With simple recipes, panettene and pandoro can return to the tables of Italians even away from holidays. Let's see what is needed.

Ingredients: leftover panettone, whipped cream, unsweetened cocoa powder, chopped hazelnuts, milk, coffee.

Preparation: the leftover panettone it will have to be chopped with your hands. The milk with the coffee must be heated on the stove. In a bowl, combine the pieces of leftover panettone with milk and coffee, mix with a spoon. The mixture obtained must be placed in serving cups, filling each cup 3/4 full. The last quarter of each cup must be filled with abundant whipped cream. Sprinkle with bitter cocoa and chopped hazelnuts and place in the fridge for about an hour, after which your coffee and cream panettone can be enjoyed!

The second recipe sees the protagonist leftovers of pandoro. In this case, the ingredients needed are: advanced pandoro, two bags of pudding mix, milk, cocoa powder and whipped cream.

Preparation: prepare the puddings following the instructions on the back of the package. The puddings can be vanilla or chocolate, for the choice orient yourself with your palate. The leftover Pandoro must be cut into thin slices. Heat the milk and as soon as it is lukewarm, wet the pandoro slices avoiding to soak them too much. Arrange the slices of Pandoro in a serving dish and sprinkle them with a generous pudding. Cover the pudding with a new layer of pandoro and continue like this until the ingredients are finished. To flavor and decorate everything, use the whipped cream sprinkled with cocoa powder. Also in this case the preparation will have to rest in the fridge for about an hour.
